96: Torticas de Coco

2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 cups Corn Flakes
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Beat the egg whites, with a hand mixer, until peaks form.
3. Slowly add the sugar and the remaining ingredients.
4. Drop by the spoonful on greased baking sheets.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Remove the torticas from the baking sheets as soon as they come out of the oven and let them cool on racks.

Makes approximately 36 torticas
