The only time I ever ever opened Cocina al Minuto before July 14, 2009 was to make this Recipe #484: Dulce de Leche con Huevo.
I had tried this lime juice milk curdling recipe somewhere between 2000 when I received the book as a wedding present from my suegra and 2003 before we moved into our house. I remember it being the only Cuban recipe I could ever talk about with some sort of experience.
But even though I had made this recipe before starting The Project, I actually had to make it twice during The Project in order for it to turn out properly.
