Ingredients:
4 cups milk
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cinnamon stick
1. Mix the milk, sugar, beaten eggs, lime juice, salt and cinnamon stick.
2. Pour into an aluminum pot.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

4. Dulce de Leche is complete when you get a deep caramel color and all the liquid has evaporated, usually after an hour.
