Ingredients:
1 bar cream cheese
1/4 cup almonds, chopped and toasted (optional)
2 sweet pickles (or sweet salad cubes)
10 olives, stuffed with pimento, chopped
1. Beat the cream cheese until softened.
2. Add the sweet pickles and chopped olives.
3. Place the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and form into a ball.
4. Place the ball in the fridge until you're ready to coat with the almonds.
5. Place the almonds on a plate and roll the ball through the almonds until fully coated.
Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
