Burger Beast visits La Cocina

I'll finally be checking one set of recipes off my list - Burgers.

Today marks the end of all burger recipes in The Project.

That sounds like a big accomplishment, but it really isn't when you look at how many recipes were burger recipes in the book.

Three: Fritas, Hamburgers, and today - Cheeseburgers.

So, Burger Beast will be at La Cocina today at noon. Am I ready for the close examination and review that will lie ahead?
